• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
• Estimated Delivery Time (Production Time + Shipping Time): Customers can expect to receive their products within 6-10 business days after their payment has been received and their order has been processed.

• Order Production:  Your purchase will go into our waiting queue for two hours after payment before it is printed. You have this window of time to amend the order’s information or cancel it. It usually takes 1-3 business days for production.
• Shipping Time: The 5–7 business day delivery window is only an estimate; actual delivery times may differ. Every shipment includes a tracking link so that clients may view the progress of their deliveries.

RETURN

We offer a 14 day return policy to our customers. Since our products are bespoke, made-to-order, we allow for refunds under certain conditions which can be found below. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us with any problems. Returns are only accepted if:

The goods are damaged
There are visible defects in the print
The item is the wrong size
The item is the wrong color
The item is the wrong design
The item is the wrong style (e.g. horizontal matte instead of vertical matte)
